Ingredients

Rolled oats

½  cup

1 cup

Trim milk

½  cup

1 cup

Lemon juice

2 t

1 T

Apple, grated

1 small

1 medium

Sultanas or raisins

1 T

2 T

Plain yoghurt

¼ cup

½ cup

 

Method

  1. Combine rolled oats and trim milk in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, stir in lemon juice, apple, sultanas and yoghurt. More or less yoghurt may be added, depending on the consistency you desire.
