This is a great recipe when avocadoes are in season (September to April).  Brimming with healthy fats, guacamole can be used as an alternative to margarine or butter.  Take a bowl with you to your next social occasion.





4 - 6 Serves

Avocado, mashed

1 large or 2 small

Crushed garlic

1 t

Tomato, finely diced


Natural Yoghurt

2 T

Lemon juice

2 T

Sweet chilli sauce (optional)

1 t

Salt and Pepper

To season



Gently combine all ingredients in a bowl.


Serving Suggestion:

Serve with vegetable sticks or crackers.
