Method

  1. Pre - heat oven to 220 C.
  2. In a small bowl mix together wholegrain mustard, honey, lemon juice and rind.
  3. Rub the honey mixture over the flesh of the salmon fillets and place in an ovenproof dish.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes or until cooked through.

Microwave

  1. Prepare salmon as above and place in a microwave –safe dish.
  2. Cover and cook on medium-high power for 2-3 minutes for 1 serving and 4-6 minutes for 2 serves.

Serving Suggestion: serve with boiled or mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables or a salad.
