Roasted cauliflower florets become sweet, crisp and caramel-brown in the oven. This delicious recipe could be served as an appetizer, a side, or as a snack.

Method
1. Preheat oven to 180oC.
2. Put the cauliflower, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and olive oil in a bowl and toss gently to mix together and coat well.
3. Evenly spread in a roasting dish and roast until tender and charred (40 minutes to an hour).
4. Meanwhile, heat a pan and sauté the sliced onion in olive oil for 5 to 7 minutes until tender.
5. When the cauliflower mixture is charred, mix with the onion and drizzle lime juice over the top.
6. Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
