Try this compote for a softer way to enjoy dried fruit. Goes well with pancakes, french toast, cereal or porridge.

Method
1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until syrup has thickened slightly.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with pancakes, french toast, cereal or porridge.
